A Brand-New Four Part Kabbalah Series Wednesdays May 6, 13, 20 & 27, 2026

Why do we keep hitting the same emotional walls? Why do certain fears, insecurities, patterns, and painful circumstances keep showing up in our lives, despite our best efforts to change? What if the obstacles in your life are not interruptions to your purpose… but the very path to it?

In this transformational four-part course, Rabbi Yisroel Bernath explores one of the deepest ideas in Jewish thought: That life’s struggles are not punishments. They are invitations.

Through Kabbalah, Chassidus, Torah psychology, and deeply practical tools, this course will help us understand:

  • Why we struggle
  • Why we feel stuck
  • How our perceptions create our reality
  • How self-limiting beliefs imprison us
  • How to transform the walls in our lives into doorways to growth, healing, and purpose

What to Expect:

  • Weekly pre-recorded classes delivered in Rabbi Bernath’s signature warm, witty, and deeply inspiring style
  • One live interactive session each week for reflection, discussion, emotional exploration, and real-life application
  • Powerful tools to help you reframe struggle, break limiting patterns, and transform life’s obstacles into catalysts for growth

How the Course will work:

You will receive a workbook and pre-recorded lecture in the beginning of the week so you can study and prepare yourself.

Each Wednesday there will be an  interactive ZOOM session that you can attend from anywhere. The interactive session will be designed for immersive learning and putting the material into practice, reinforcing the ideas from the pre-recorded lecture.

The course will be completely in English and you don’t need any previous knowledge to join. Though, if you have been exposed to these teachings you will gain even more insight from these classes.

The entire course will be hosted on our new Kabbalah for Everyone online platform, which allows for discussion and interaction with the group. You'll also get access to other courses and exclusive content! While signing up for this class, you'll also create an account to access all of the materials.

COURSE OUTLINE

LESSON 1: The Divine Purpose of Darkness | Why We Struggle in the First Place

We will explore the Kabbalistic origin of human struggle through the story of Adam and Eve, the Tree of Knowledge, and the birth of ego-consciousness. Learn why darkness exists, not as a flaw in creation, but as part of G-d’s design.

LESSON 2: Seeing Through the Wall | How Your Perception Shapes Your Reality

We will examine how ego and perception distort reality. Learn the Torah concept of daat, why human perspective is inherently partial, and how Hashgacha Pratit changes the way we interpret life.

LESSON 3: The Prison of Self | How Your Identity Becomes Your Limitation

We will explore how limiting beliefs and false self-concepts imprison us. Learn how childhood experiences shape ego-identity and how Kabbalah reveals a deeper, truer self beneath the persona.

LESSON 4: Creating the Vessel | How Transformation Actually Happens

We will learn how to move from insight to real-world transformation. Through the story of Elisha and the widow’s oil, discover the Jewish model of creating vessels for blessing, miracles, and lasting change.
