No Feeling Is Final
The Elul Art of Beginning Again

Wednesday, September 2 | Live on Zoom

7:30–8:30 PM EST — Lecture
8:30–9:30 PM EST — Interactive Workshop & Guided Processing

What if the way you feel right now isn’t the truth about who you are?
Elul arrives with one of Judaism’s most hopeful messages: you are never stuck. You are not your worst mistake. You are not your greatest fear. You are not your disappointment, your doubt, or the version of yourself you wish you had already outgrown.

In this special Elul experience, Rabbi Yisroel Bernath will explore the deeper meaning of teshuvah, not simply as repentance, but as return: the extraordinary human capacity to reconnect with who we really are, reset our direction, and begin again.

Drawing on Jewish wisdom and Chassidic teachings, we’ll explore why our feelings are real but not always reliable narrators of our identity; why failure does not disqualify us from growth; and why there is a part of the soul that remains whole even when we feel anything but whole.

We’ll move from asking: “What’s wrong with me?” to the far more powerful Elul question: “Who am I becoming?”

7:30–8:30 PM — Lecture
A heart-opening exploration of Elul, teshuvah, the soul, the King in the Field, and the possibility of beginning again.

8:30–9:30 PM — Interactive Workshop & Guided Processing
For those who want to go deeper, the second hour will be experiential and interactive, with guided reflection, practical exercises, conversation, and space to process what you want to release, return to, and carry differently into the New Year.

Come for the lecture. Stay for the deeper work.

No feeling is final. No failure has the last word. And no matter how far you’ve wandered, the road home is still open.
