CHABAD ON CAMPUS 2022 PRIZE DRAW OFFICIAL RULES FREE ENTRY ROUTE AVAILABLE. NO PURCHASE OR ENTRY FEE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN PRIZE. A PURCHASE OR ENTRY FEE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. The “Chabad on Campus 2022 Prize Draw” (the “Prize Draw”) begins at 1:00 PM Eastern Daylight Savings Time (“EDT”) and 6:00 PM British Summer Time (“BST”) on May 11, 2022 and ends at 11:59:59 PM EDT on July 13, 2022 and 4:59:59 AM BST on July 14, 2022 (“Prize Draw Entry Period”). The Prize Draw is open to legal residents of: Canada; Great Britain (defined as England, Scotland and Wales); the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who have reached the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which they reside at time of entry. NOTE: RESIDENTS OF TEXAS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO WIN THE GRAND PRIZE, THE THIRD PRIZE, THE FOURTH PRIZE, THE FIFTH PRIZE OR CHABAD HOUSE PRIZE WHICH ARE CASH PRIZES. RESIDENTS OF TEXAS ARE ONLY ELIGIBLE FOR THE CHANCE TO WIN A SECOND PRIZE WHICH IS A TRAVEL RELATED PRIZE. RESIDENTS OF GREAT BRITAIN ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO WIN A PRIZE IN PRIZE DRAW #2. The Sponsor of the Prize Draw (“Sponsor”) is: In the United States of America: Chabad International, Inc. 719 Eastern Parkway, Suite #1, Brooklyn, NY 11213, USA. In Canada: Chabad on Campus – Canada. In Great Britain: Chabad Lubavitch operating as Chabad on Campus, registered as a private limited company under registered company number 06559043 with its registered office address at 107-115 Stamford Hill, London ENGLAND N16 5RP and registered as a charity with the Charities Commission for England and Wales under registration number: 227638. The Prize Draw is administered by PCG365, LLC, a company incorporated in New York, USA (“Prize Draw Administrator”). Employees, officers and directors (and their immediate families (i.e., spouse, parent, child, sibling, step siblings and their respective spouses), regardless of where they reside or those living in the same households, whether or not legally related) of Sponsor, Prize Draw Administrator and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter or win the Prize Draw. THE PRIZE DRAW IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. TWO (2) WAYS TO ENTER: Paid Entry Method: During the Prize Draw Entry Period: (i) Go to keepchabadoncampusgrowing.org; (ii) complete the online registration form by submitting your complete name, mailing address including zip/postal code, a valid email address and telephone number and selecting the designated name of the College or University Chabad House that you would like to receive your entry fee; and (iii) pay your entry fee of either thirty-six U.S. dollars (US$36), twenty-seven British Pounds (GB £27), or forty-eight Canadian Dollars (CAD $48) (as applicable) by submitting a valid credit card number and expiration date (“Entry Fee”) (i, ii and iii individually defined as “Paid Entry” and collectively defined as “Paid Entries”). You will automatically receive one (1) Prize Draw entry for each Paid Entry you make. All Paid Entries must be received before the end of the Prize Draw Entry Period; OR Free Entry Method: To enter the Prize Draw without paying an Entry Fee, during the Prize Draw Entry Period: hand print your full name, postal address, phone number, email address, AND THE NAME AND ADDRESS OF THE COLLEGE or UNIVERSITY CHABAD HOUSE on a 3” x 5” piece of paper, insert the piece of paper in an #10 envelope and mail to the address listed below as applicable to your geographic location at the time of entry (individually defined as “Free Entry” and collectively defined as “Free Entries”): In the United States and Canada mail to: “Chabad on Campus 2022 Prize Draw”, Chabad International, Inc. 719 Eastern Parkway, First Floor, Brooklyn, NY 11213, USA. In Great Britain mail to: “Chabad on Campus 2022 Prize Draw Entry”, Chabad on Campus, 37a Castle Street, Cambridge, England CB3 0AH, ensuring the correct postage has been applied. Limit one (1) entry Per Envelope. All Free Entries must be postmarked by July 13, 2022 and received by July 20, 2022. Entrants are solely responsible for ensuring the correct postage has been applied to any Free Entry. A and B are collectively defined as “Entries”. Incomplete Entries will be void. All Refunds for the Paid Entry Method must be made between May 11, 2022 and no later than 4:00 PM EDT on July 18, 2022 and 9:00 PM BST on July 18, 2022. Any Refund requested will disqualify that Entry into the Prize Draw. Entries become property of the Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. Sponsor is not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, mutilated, postage due or mechanically reproduced Entries or Entries that have been tampered with or not obtained through legitimate channels, all of which will be disqualified. Mechanically reproduced Entries or Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means will not be accepted. Sponsor is not responsible for illegible, incomplete or stolen Entries or Entries that are processed late or are lost or deleted due to computer or electronic malfunction or other error. The use of automated devices is not valid for Entry. Your Entry constitutes your consent to participate in this Prize Draw. All requested information on the Entry must be provided in English to be entered and eligible to win. By entering, all entrants (“Entrants”) agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Liability for an irregular Entry shall be limited to replacement with another. Sponsor will not assume responsibility for any third party’s failure to act in accordance with its instructions pertaining to Prize Draw implementation. If any Paid Entry is disqualified or deemed ineligible for any reason (for example, if it was received after the end of the Prize Draw Entry Period), the relevant Entry Fee will, if applicable, be refunded to the relevant Entrant. RANDOM PRIZE DRAW #1: One (1) Grand Prize Winner, one (1) Second Prize Winner, one (1) Third Prize Winner, three (3) Fourth Prize Winners and one (1) Fifth Prize Winner will be selected from among all Entries received (“Random Prize Draw #1”). Random Prize Draw #1 will take place on or about July 20, 2022 by the Prize Draw Administrator, an independent judging organization whose decisions regarding all matters relating to Random Prize Draw #1 are final and binding. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible Entries received. Assuming there would be 10,000 Entries, chances of winning a prize in Random Prize Draw: 1:1,428. SEVEN (7) PRIZES AWARDED IN RANDOM PRIZE DRAW #1: PRIZES AND THEIR APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (“ARV”): One (1) Grand Prize: One (1) Winner will receive one (1) check made payable to winner’s order in the amount of eighteen thousand U.S. dollars (US $18,000); thirteen thousand British Pounds (GB £13,000); or twenty-two thousand Canadian Dollars (CAD $22,000); One (1) Second Prize: One (1) Winner will receive one (1) Trip to Israel for Two Trip Voucher in the amount of up to three thousand dollars (US $3,000); two thousand three hundred British Pounds (GB £2,300); or up to four thousand Canadian Dollars (CAD $4,000) (“Trip Voucher”); One (1) Third Prize: One (1) Winner will receive one (1) check made payable to the winner’s order in the amount of one thousand U.S. dollars (US $1,000); seven hundred seventy British Pounds (GB £770); or one thousand three hundred Canadian Dollars (CAD $1,300); Three (3) Fourth Prizes: Three (3) Winners will each receive one (1) check made payable to the winner’s order in the amount of five hundred U.S dollars (US $500); four hundred British Pounds (GB £400); or six hundred fifty Canadian Dollars (CAD $650); and One (1) Fifth Prize: One (1) Winner will receive one (1) check made payable to the winner’s order in the amount of three hundred sixty U.S. dollars (US $360); three hundred British Pounds (GB £300); or five hundred Canadian Dollars (CAD $500). TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES AWARDED IN RANDOM PRIZE DRAW #1: US $23,860; GB £17,570; OR CAD $29,750. Trip Voucher is redeemable for (i) round-trip economy class air transportation for one (1) person between the major commercial airport nearest winner’s residence and selected city in Israel; (ii) up to three (3) nights standard hotel accommodations; and (iii) round trip ground transportation between airport and hotel in winner’s selected city in Israel. The value of each Trip Voucher cannot exceed the amount of the prize stated herein. The selection of the departure airport in the Entrant’s country of residence and the arrival airport in Israel can be determined by a Second Prize Winner and is subject to availability. Second Prize Winner is solely responsible for any and all expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the Second Prize description herein, including but not limited to, all ground transportation between winner’s residence and airport of departure, in-room hotel charges (e.g., mini-bar, room service, telephone, movies, etc.), meals, beverages, gratuities, gasoline, parking, tolls, souvenirs, insurance, travel upgrades, and personal incidentals. Second Prize Winner will be required to provide a valid credit card at the time of hotel check-in and will be solely responsible for any and all charges to Second Prize Winner’s hotel room during the trip. Trip Voucher is subject to terms and conditions thereon. Trip Voucher must be redeemed by September 30, 2023 and is subject to availability and blackout dates apply. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen or unused Trip Voucher. Trip Voucher may not be transferred, bartered or sold; Once issued, the Trip Voucher may not be reissued. Open tickets may not be issued and stopovers are not permitted. Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor and travel dates and arrangements are subject to air travel, holiday, blackout dates, availability and other travel restrictions. All Second Prize elements must be redeemed at the same time. Travel is subject to terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules and, availability may vary, and material restrictions may apply. Second Prize Winner will be solely responsible for obtaining a valid passport and/or visa or other permit (if required) prior to travel and paying any associated costs for these requirements. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels or other transportation companies or any other persons providing travel services and accommodations to passengers, such as changes in services or accommodations necessitated by same. Sponsor shall not be liable for any loss or damage to baggage or other items. If the Second Prize Winner is unable to or cannot otherwise fully enjoy the Second Prize due to any reason outside the control of Sponsor, Sponsor shall have the option at its sole discretion of being relieved of liability for fulfillment of that Second Prize, and no other compensation in lieu of the Second Prize will be awarded. Second Prize Winner is responsible for obtaining his/her own travel, medical and life insurance and the associated costs. The difference in value of the Second Prize as stated herein and value at time of prize notification, if any, will not be awarded. Second Prize is not redeemable for cash, and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. RANDOM PRIZE DRAW #2: Prize Draw Entrants in Great Britain and Texas are not eligible for any Chabad House Prize. All eligible Entries will be sorted by the name of the Chabad House listed on the Entry and any eligible Entry that includes the name of any of the twelve (12) Chabad Houses listed below will be included in the Random Prize Draw #2 for that corresponding Chabad House. Entries are exclusive to the corresponding Chabad House listed on the Entry and are not eligible for any of the other eleven (11) Chabad House Random Drawings as defined in Random Prize Draw #2. One (1) Prize will be awarded in each Random Prize Draw #2 for each of the Chabad Houses listed below for a total of twelve (12) Chabad House Prizes. The Random Prize Draws for each Chabad House will be conducted on or about July 21, 2022 by Prize Draw Administrator whose decisions regarding all matters relating to Prize Draw #2 are final and binding. TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES TO BE AWARDED IN RANDOM PRIZE DRAW #2: USD $4,600 AND CAD $1,300. GENERAL PRIZE CONDITIONS: TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES TO BE AWARDED IN RANDOM PRIZE DRAW #1 AND RANDOM PRIZE DRAW #2: USD $28,660; GB £17,570; AND CAD $31,050. LIMIT ONE (1) PRIZE PER PERSON/HOUSEHOLD. The ARV of any prize is determined as of the date of the printing of these Official Rules. The British Pound and the Canadian Dollar equivalency against the U.S. dollar is subject to change based on the day the prizes are delivered to the winners. The difference in value of a prize as stated herein and value at time of prize notification or distribution, if any, will not be awarded. The Grand Prize, Third Prizes, Fourth Prizes, Fifth Prize and all Chabad House Prizes will be awarded in form of a corporate check within thirty (30) days of winner verification. If a prize check remains uncashed after six (6) months of issuance date, the prize will be considered forfeited or Winner must contact Sponsor to obtain a reissued check. Prizes are not redeemable for cash, and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Entries are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules. Sponsor will have no further obligation to any winner who forfeited his/her prize and will not replace any forfeited prize. No transfer or assignment of any prize permitted except to a surviving spouse in the event of the death of that Prize Winner. All Prize Winners are solely responsible for all taxes on prizes as applicable. A winner from Canada or Great Britain may be subject to withholding tax as applicable under tax treaties. Any U.S. winner of a prize awarded in Random Prize Draw is required to provide Social Security number to Sponsor or its designated agent for tax reporting purposes. Any costs or expenses associated with claiming or redeeming any Prize will be the responsibility of winners except where stated in these Official Rules or prohibited by law. WINNER NOTIFICATIONS: Prize Winners will be notified of a win within two (2) days of the Random Prize Draw via email and/or telephone and/or mail. If a Prize Winner resides in the United States, Prize Winner will be required (at Sponsor’s discretion) to sign and return a Declaration of Compliance Statement, including a Liability Release and a Publicity Release (collectively, the “Declaration/Release”), within five (5) days of date of notification. Failure to execute and return the Declaration/Release and/or any required documentation within the time period specified and/or return of any prize notification or prize as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. If a Prize Winner resides in Great Britain or Canada, Prize Winner will be required to sign and return a Prize Acceptance Form within fourteen (14) days of date of notification. Failure to execute and return the Prize Acceptance Form within the time period specified and/or return of any prize notification or prize as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. All prizes will be delivered to winners within six (6) to eight (8) weeks after Sponsor’s receipt of a valid Declaration/Release or Prize Acceptance Form (as applicable) from the winner. Winning a Prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use winner’s name, photograph, hometown, likeness, and prize won (all at Sponsor’s discretion) for future advertising, publicity in any and all media now or hereafter devised throughout the world, in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification, release, or permission. To receive a prize, the Prize Winner/Prize Winning Entity must fully cooperate and agree to Sponsor posting his/her/their name on the Prize Draw website. In the event the Prize Winner or Prize Winning Entity does not fully cooperate or agree to having his/her/their name posted on the Prize Draw website, that Winner/Winning Entity may be disqualified, at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and/or the respective Rabbi of the Chabad House listed on the Winner’s or Winning Entity’s Entry Form. If the Winner or Winning Entity is disqualified, that prize will be awarded to an alternate winner. NOTE: CANADIAN RESIDENTS: If a potential Winner is a Canadian resident, he/she will also be required to correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill testing question administered by telephone by Sponsor or its designated agent at a mutually agreeable time before being confirmed as the winner. FOR QUEBEC RESIDENTS ONLY: Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity Contest or Random Prize Draw may be submitted to the RÈgie des alcools des courses et des jeux (“RACJ”) for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of any prize may be submitted to the RACJ only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement. FOR RESIDENTS OF GREAT BRITAIN ONLY: These Official Rules and any dispute or claim arising out of, or in connection with, them, their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales. All Entrants irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of, or in connection with, these Official Rules, their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), provided that Entrants who are a resident in Scotland shall also be entitled to bring claims in the Scottish courts. FOR U.S. AND CANADIAN ENTRANTS ONLY: All disputes and claims arising out of or relating to Random Prize Draw shall be determined according to the laws of the State of New York (United States) without regard to its conflict of law principles and all Entrants consent to the personal jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in Kings County in New York State and agree that such courts have exclusive jurisdiction over all such disputes. All causes of action arising out of or in connection with any Random Prize Draw shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action litigation and any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out of pocket expenses incurred. The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any Random Prize Draw if it becomes technically corrupted, subject only to the RACJ with respect to legal residents of Quebec. In such event, a Prize may be awarded (if applicable) from eligible Entries received prior to this date of termination. FOR RESIDENTS OF GREAT BRITAIN ONLY: Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to or shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury arising from negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or for any other liability which cannot be limited or excluded as a matter of law and all purported limitations and exclusions of liability in these Official Rules shall be subject to this overriding provision. PUBLICITY: By entering this Prize Draw, each entrant agrees that in the event of a win, the entrant will take part in reasonable publicity connected with this Prize Draw if requested by the Sponsor and that Sponsor is entitled (but not obliged) to the use of the winner’s name, hometown and image in connection with any advertising and other publicity relating to this Prize Draw. FOR RESIDENTS OF GREAT BRITAIN ONLY: By entering this Promotion, you agree that in the event of a win, you will co-operate and take part in reasonable publicity connected with the Promotion and you will sign (if requested by us) an irrevocable release form allowing us, without any compensation being payable, to use your name, photograph, likeness, details of the country and/or city where you live, any comments made by or attributed to you, and to incorporate any such information in and any audio/visual recording or broadcast for such promotional purposes, in any media, throughout the world. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Subject to the approval of the RACJ in Quebec, Sponsor may discontinue this Prize Draw at any time. Subject to the approval of the RACJ in Quebec, Sponsor may terminate the Prize Draw or decide to modify it in any manner that it deems fair and equitable to participants if it becomes aware of any occurrence that would materially affect the Prize Draw’s security and fairness. Subject to the approval of the RACJ in Quebec, Sponsor may prohibit individuals from participating in Prize Draw and disqualify Entrants if they (1) attempt to enter the Prize Draw through any means other than as described in these Official Rules, (2) attempt to disrupt the Prize Draw or circumvent the terms and conditions of these Official Rules in any way or (3) repeatedly show a disregard for these Official Rules or act (a) in an unsportsmanlike manner, or (b) with an intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Entrant or Sponsor. Sponsor’s decisions with respect to the Prize Draw are final. Sponsor is not responsible for incompatibility of Entrant’s hardware, software or browser technology with Sponsor’s hardware, software or browser technology. Caution: any attempt to deliberately damage the Prize Draw website (www.keepchabadoncampusgrowing.org) or undermine the legitimate operation of the Prize Draw may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages or other remedies from any such person(s) responsible for the attempt to the fullest extent permitted by law. In the event of a dispute as to the identity or eligibility of the Grand Prize Winner based on an e-mail address, the prize winning Entry will be declared made by the “Authorized Account Holder” of the e-mail address at time of entry. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person who is the age of the majority within the jurisdiction from which they reside and is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, education institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Sponsor may ask any Entrant or the potential prize winner to provide Sponsor with proof that such party is the Authorized Account Holder of the e-mail account associated with the entry. LIABILITY & RELEASE: Except as otherwise provided in these Official Rules or prohibited by law, by participating in this Prize Draw, each Entrant agrees (1) agrees to be bound by these Official Rules; (2) agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor from any and all liability for any loss, damages, costs or expenses, including without limitation property damages, personal injury and/or death (except where caused by negligence) arising out of participating in this Prize Draw, or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery; and (3) acknowledges that Sponsor have neither made nor are responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition, or fitness for a particular purpose. Except as otherwise provided in these Official Rules or prohibited by law, by entering the Prize Draw, each Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Prize Draw, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with applying for the Prize Draw, but in no event will attorneys’ fees be awarded or recoverable; and (iii) under no circumstances will any Entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and each Entrant hereby knowingly and expressly waives all rights to seek, punitive, incidental or consequential damages and/or any other damages, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses, and/or any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Except as otherwise provided in these Official Rules or prohibited by law, Sponsor is not responsible for (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Prize Draw; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Prize Draw, the processing of entries or in the announcement of any prize winner, including such error as may give an erroneous indication that a prize has been won; or (f) injury or death to a person(s) (except where caused by negligence) or damage to property which may be result, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant’s participation in the Prize Draw or Entrants receipt, acceptance, use &/or enjoyment of any prize. In the event the integrity and/or feasibility of the Prize Draw is undermined by any event including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute, or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state, provincial or local government law, order of regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within the Sponsor’s control (each a “Force Majeure” event) and subject to the approval of the RACJ in Quebec, the Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the Prize Draw without notice or further obligation. If the Sponsor, in its discretion, elects to abbreviate, cancel or terminate the Prize Draw as a result of a Force Majeure event, the Sponsor subject to the approval of the RACJ in Quebec, reserves the right, but shall have no obligation, to distribute the Grand Prize among all non-suspect, eligible Entrants received up to the time of such Force Majeure event. Entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor which are final and binding, and, except as otherwise provided in these Official Rules or prohibited by law, indemnify, release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, and all other businesses involved in the Random Prize Draw, as well as the employees, officers, directors and agents of each, from all claims and liability or damage caused or claimed to be caused, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, in connection with participation in the Prize Draw, or acceptance or use of any prize. Entrant information provided to Prize Draw Administrator will solely be used by Prize Draw Administrator in process of determining winners for this Prize Draw and will be destroyed thereafter. By entering the Prize Draw, Entrants agree that in addition to being used for potential winner notification, collected information from Entrants may be used by Sponsor in a manner that is consistent with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy located at https://chabadoncampus.org/privacy-policy/. The online information Sponsor collects may be stored and processed on servers in various locations around the world. Entrants’ participation in the Prize Draw implies authorization to collect, process and use the data provided concerning the Entrant and to transfer such personal data to a country located outside Canada and Great Britain for purposes of management of the Prize Draw and future offers for any participant that has opted-in to receive such offers (if applicable). If you opt in to receive marketing from Promoter in relation to Promoter’s products, services, offers and promotions, Promoter will also use your personal data for direct marketing purposes. It is in Promoter’s legitimate interest to use personal data as set out in these Rules, this Processing Notice and Promoter’s privacy notice to ensure the Prize Draw is operated and administered properly and in accordance with these Rules and to enable Promoter to publicize this Prize Draw. Entrants agree to waive any rights to claim ambiguity of these Terms and Conditions. Headings are solely for convenience of reference and will not be deemed to affect in any manner the meaning or intent of the documents or any provision hereof. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Prize Draw-related materials, privacy policy or terms of use on any website and/or the terms and conditions of the Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail, govern and control and the discrepancy will be resolved in the Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.
